All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or telephone if this matter arises.
All prices on our website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added during the checkout process. We try our best to deliver your items within the delivery period stated. A separate email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order is process.
We do both domestic and international delivery for certains countries such Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, and other country.
Shipping method :
Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah / Sarawak: Jnt Express / Pos Malaysia Courier unless stated
- Peninsular Malaysia : 3 – 5 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
- Sabah / Sarawak : 3 – 7 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam box/junk mail in case it’s there!

Write us about the missing items disputes within 1 week of receiving your parcel. You will have to return and we will replace the items immediately. If you would like a refund instead, the process will take about 1 week.
It’s up to your choice/convenience either to your home or office address. But please ensure there is someone who would be able to standby at that address by the moment Courier Service delivers the parcel. In the event of no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest appointed Courier Service office or sent back to us. We WOULD NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due unavailability of the customer by the time parcel delivered. You have to bear the shipping cost for second time shipping.
You can self-collect your items at The Prayer Mat Sdn Bhd at Changloon Kedah from Sunday to Thursday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm). However, please make sure that you click your order as pickup at store. Thank you.
We sincerely apologize for any reasons which brings you to this. If our product have any defects which originally came from us or received wrong items, we are happy to serve you if you want to exchange with the new one. Customers and resellers can return major damaged/wrong/faulty items within 7 days of once you received the item. Any lateness will not be entertained. State your order number, product information and pictures or video of the wrong/defect item to our customer service. The item should be UNWORN, UNUSED, UNALTERED, condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
