Officially operated in November 2020. The Prayer Mat Sdn Bhd specialises in distributing and retailing the merchan-dise items from Madinah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia specifically the prayer mat (sejadah).

The business founded and led by Dr Siti Norwahida as the CEO. She is an accounting and financial reporting expert and also an active entrepeneruship expert speaker under various government agencies such as PUNB, SSM, LHDN, public and pricate universities.

Started with the dropshipping business model, TPM Sdn Bhd grew the number of resellers from 20 to 1,500 resellers to date. The business initially focused on Business to Business (B2B) which operated based on online basis. However, as business grows, the business model slowly expanded to Business to Customer (B2C) to focus on offline market (physical store) with the aim to increase brand visibility and better profit margin growth.

Our prayer mats which comes in a variety of patterns combined with Haramain scents not only remind us of the two Holy Mosque but also able to perform prayers with a full sense of devotion likes we are praying in the Haram mosque and the Prophet’s mosque.

The Prayer Mat Sdn. Bhd. specialty of product is particularly prayer mats which are made in Madinah Al Munawwara, carpet material sejadah which ranges from different designs, thickness, and sizes, all are of the utmost quality.

We also providing other merchandise items from Madinah and Mecca, Saudi Arabia, such as fresheners, perfumes, Ajwa dates, Quran bookmark, Quran King Fahad and Agate Tasbeeh.

Now that the business has achieved local success, including a storefront outlet in Malaysia, Siti Norwahida is looking forward to expand the business further. The Prayer Mat Sdn Bhd envisions a future where everyone can afford to own at least one Madinah’s prayer mat at home to reminisce the Haramain moment. The com- pany hopes to grow its customer base throughout Malaysia by the end of 2023 with the projection of group annual revenue of RM20 million. To do this, the company is actively seeking for investment to expand the business and penetrate the market.
