The business founded and led by Dr Siti Norwahida as the CEO. She is an accounting and financial reporting expert and also an active entrepeneruship expert speaker under various government agencies such as PUNB, SSM, LHDN, public and pricate universities.
Started with the dropshipping business model, TPM Sdn Bhd grew the number of resellers from 20 to 1,500 resellers to date. The business initially focused on Business to Business (B2B) which operated based on online basis. However, as business grows, the business model slowly expanded to Business to Customer (B2C) to focus on offline market (physical store) with the aim to increase brand visibility and better profit margin growth.
